Vision
Design a solution that helps members understand the delivery timeline and provides them with options to get the items as quickly as possible.
Problems
- Members are confused and feel there is a lack of communication when their orders are split
- Members lack transparency and control over split shipments
- Members don’t have an option to get some items quicker or all at once
I didn’t know the order was going to be shipped to the store and in different packages, I’m leaving for Australia in 2 days but some of the items in the order won’t be there in time.
